Brian R. Jerome is the director of Massachusetts Dispute Resolution Services,
Inc. (MDRS), and serves as a principal mediator and arbitrator.
Formerly a practicing trial attorney, Mr. Jerome has more than 30 years of experience
in the evaluation and resolution of a wide range of civil disputes, and as an
attorney represented both plaintiffs and defendants.
Since 1986 he has served as an Adjunct Professor at New England School of Law.
Brian Jerome has extensive experience in private mediation and arbitration, and
serves as a court appointed conciliator in Massachusetts courts.
He is a member of the Society of Professionals in Dispute Resolution and the
Massachusetts Association of Mediation programs and Practitioners. He is also
a member of the Massachusetts, Boston and Essex County Bar Associations.
